A Private School Satellite Program is a great way to homeschool. A PSP allows you to homeschool independently while being legally covered under a private school. American Christian Academy is a Private Satellite Program (PSP) that supports self-governing homeschool families. We believe that God has entrusted parents with the responsibility of stewarding and educating their children. Because parents know their children best, we encourage families to make educational decisions that align with their unique goals, values, and learning styles.

At American Christian Academy, parents have the freedom to choose the curriculum that best fits their family, determine when their school year begins, and establish their own holiday and break schedules. We recognize that every family is different and strive to support that flexibility while providing the structure and accountability required for a successful homeschool experience.

Our goal is to come alongside families by offering guidance, encouragement, and practical support throughout their homeschooling journey. Services include:

Whether you are new to homeschooling or have been teaching your children for years, American Christian Academy is committed to equipping and encouraging families as they pursue a Christ-centered education. We believe homeschooling is a partnership between parents and God, and we are honored to support families as they faithfully fulfill that calling.

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_4″ _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_image src=”https://acaec.net/w/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/teenagerholdingabible-scaled.jpg” title_text=”Teenage boy holding a Bible.” _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” custom_margin=”|||10px|false|false” custom_padding=”||||false|false” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_image][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” custom_margin=”0px||||false|false” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” custom_margin=”0px||||false|false” custom_padding=”0px||||false|false” global_colors_info=”{}”]

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” custom_margin=”40px||0px||false|false” custom_padding=”||0px||false|false” global_colors_info=”{}”]

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_3,1_3,1_3″ _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” custom_padding=”|||0px||” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_image src=”https://acaec.net/w/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/stackofbooks.jpg” title_text=”Hardcover Books with Bookmarks” align=”center” _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” width=”66%” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_image][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” custom_margin=”20px|||40px|false|false” global_colors_info=”{}”]

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” custom_margin=”20px|||40px|false|false” global_colors_info=”{}”]

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″ module_alignment=”center” custom_margin=”|490px||auto||”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” custom_padding=”10px||||false|false” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″ custom_margin=”||||false|false” text_orientation=”justified” custom_padding=”|20%||20%|false|false”]

“Our family has been part of American Christian Academy for about 10 years, and it has been an appreciated support to our homeschooling journey. We’ve had three children graduate from ACA already, with three more currently in high school. ACA has walked alongside us every step of the way.

What I appreciate most is the flexibility and practical support. From transcripts and DMV paperwork to work permits and dual enrollment, ACA makes all the administrative pieces simple and stress-free. With a large family, that kind of help is worth every penny of the tuition fee.

They also meet with our high school students and help keep us accountable for maintaining learning records, which is important to me as a parent. And Adriene is always available to answer questions or offer encouragement when needed.

ACA allows us to keep our homeschool details confidential by handling state affidavits, while still providing all the benefits of the private homeschool option we have available in California.

Most importantly, ACA holds a biblical view of the parent’s role in discipleship and education. They support and equip parents, rather than replacing them.

We are truly grateful for American Christian Academy and recommend it to any family looking for a Christ-centered, supportive, and flexible homeschool partnership.”

– Kimberly (Sacramento, Ca)

“Homeschooling with American Christian Academy has been a life changing experience for our family. Our three girls have unique learning styles that make schooling in a traditional classroom setting with thirty other children a serious challenge. With ACA, we’ve been able to provide individualized instruction catered to each of their needs, allowing them to engage in their studies in a way that brings education to life. We’ve traveled around the country and seen historical locations and landmarks. We’ve seen science where it is being discovered. We’ve seen original pieces of art. We’ve seen places that inspired authors or were described in their literature. We’ve even been able to have in-depth discussions about the role of faith in our lives and the lives of those we’ve studied. I can truly say this experience is one our family will remember for a lifetime.”

-Wendy (San Franscico, Ca)

I have been a part of American Christian Academy for about ten years and our family has been blessed in so many ways by ACA. We have first above all been so grateful for the Christ centered approach to education. I found I was no longer trying to fit my curriculum into a secular world view, but was supported and encouraged using Christ centered curriculum. In addition, the much-needed support of the parents being the valued educator was refreshing. ACA never felt like an extra burden, but a much-needed support and very easy way to homeschool. We felt grateful to have the cum folders of our children at the ACA office and to know that we would be reminded of all the things needed for that year to homeschool well and legally.

One of the best benefits of ACA is during the high school years with access to driver training and work permits. It has been most helpful to have the high school counselor provide what was needed for graduation as well as help us find scholarships and different career paths.

I would be remiss in not adding in the very special graduation ceremony that ACA puts on. It is a most special affair complete with all the pomp and circumstance, gowns, speeches and roses for the moms.

From elementary to high school graduation, ACA has been a gift of God for our family and we value the wonderful service they have provided.

-Amy (Chico, Ca)

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

What Is A PSP A Private School Satellite Program is a great way to homeschool.
